Lagging OBS stream

So i got a new camera a few weeks ago and my image quality is much better ofcourse but there’s a weird lag in my stream. It’s not pixelation, i’m on 1920X1080 output and 6000 kbps 30 FPS 1% CPU usage and 0 dropped frames but still lag. any help is seriously appreciated! i feel like it deters viewers from staying.
