Pornhub action flags?

Hello!
I've been uploading to PH for a bit but I can't figure out how to add the chapter markers. When I export my video I can see the chapters in something like VLC but when they import to PH I will just see the first marker and nothing after it. Is there something special that should happen here? I read a guide on PH that suggested you can add them after you upload a video but I don't see that option either.
I'm using Davinci for editing and exporting in Mp4 / H.265 if it matters.
