Nervous to take payments outside of SW Platorms

I currently only take tips through sextpanther, OF and CB. But I have so many fans asking to pay with Venmo/cashapp and just video chat on Snapchat.
I’m so hesitant to do this bc I hear about all those scams where they send too much $ and ask for it back etc.
I also feel like if they are truly serious they’d go to one of my platforms, but lots of people don’t like putting their credit cards on those sites.
Do you accept cashapp/Venmo? What would you advise?
