Guys asking for Snap and FaceTime?

Hi angels!
I'm new to camming and have been on Chaturbate for a week now. It's been a ton of fun, but guys keep asking me to move over to snap (which I don't have) or FaceTime with them.
Is that a normal thing? And does Chaturbate have an issue with it?
I don't get why they wouldn't just to a private room instead 🤷♀️
