So...not sure if the way I handled or am currently handling is appropriate but here it goes...

I was doing my thing on CB this morning when I got a disturbing message from someone saying they were my cousin but they wouldn't tell me who they were. The "clues" they gave me were the letters "J" & "M" which happen to be initials for one of my male cousins. Either way they wouldn't confirm who they were or if my few guesses were right (some of the convo is below).

Conclusion:

1) It is my cousin who's playing child games

2) it's a stranger trying to get a rise out of me.

I'm just curious if this is a common things maybe Scammers do...or is this really my cousin and now we have this awkwardness between us?
