Have been listening to cals curse for almost a week now

I’ve been listening to it daily because it’s just so relaxing to listen to. There’s nothing else that just completely shuts off my brain. Am I a believer that it works? Not really but we will see if I return… it’s just so nice to be completely knocked out even if it is for a few minutes
