Recovering the Jewel of Three Prayers

A few sessions ago my party fought the rivals in Betrayer’s Rise. The rivals won, and stole the Jewel of Three Prayers, and teleported to Ank’harel with Aloysia. Now both groups are in the city doing their various faction quests. I want to give my party the opportunity to regain the Jewel before entering the Netherdeep. Any ideas would be welcome!
