[PC] Allow game launch steam error

Hello, I know I've asked alot of things lately but one last thing is that when I change between multiplayer and zombies it has an odd steam error that asks if its ok to launch the game. I don't get why the makers decided to have EVERY gamemode a different download but it's kinda annoying when steam doesn't let one game open another. If anyone knows how to fix this that would be amazing!
