Unable to complete Daily Orders Above and Beyond

Started playing the game at midnight. However it looks like server time reset (can someone inform me of when resets occur?). Now I have all the dailies done but tracking shows 4/6 complete. Why? The game won’t load new challenges either. Is this a bug?
