Still confused how y all are playing?

I know people are using a VPn and what but any one I try make me pay for it. I cant find a free one. Then what do I need to down load the game again on VPN server from the play store or just load the game up? If some one point me in the right direction that would be cool. Also can we us controllers in mobile or is if asking to be banned?
