Need Help With Hacked Account!!
What a nightmare! My Activision account has been hacked. The hacker has unlinked everything of mine from the Activision account and is actively online playing.
The account recovery feature on the Activision website is a joke. It had me create a temporary account and then link the platform account that was linked to my hacked account. I did that. Got to the part where I’d link my platform, and I get an error message that it can’t be linked because it had been unlinked in the last 12 months. Therefore I’m at square 1.
Finally found an actual number to call at Activision but it’s a phone tree that refers you to online help and you can never reach an actual human.
Can someone give me any ideas on what to do?! Ive had that account for years and have lots of money dumped into it.
