some context: me and this ex started dating when I was 18 and him 25, we were together for almost a year, he was kind of abusing especially the last 6months of the relationship. I ended it but he begged me to stay friends, at that time I wasn't fully aware of how much he hurt me and that he actually SAed me, so I agreed.

Fast forward 2 years of being just friends (even if he kept hitting on me and I had to reject him multiple times) we were out with some mutual friends (they were more of his friends tho) he was talking about a convention about the right to terminate a pregnancy he attended and said that one of the doctors there had told a story that had happened to her where a pregnant woman had to get an ab0rtion at the 5th month (so there were some serious health issues), but after the procedure the baby came out alive, so ethically the doctors had to save the baby's life. The baby di3d after 3 days. I can't even imagine how traumatic that was for the mother.

My ex said: "If I was there I would've taken a video of the baby, showed it to the mother and told her that that was her fault". Then proceeded to laugh. Nobody at the table laughed. I felt very uncomfortable and disgusted by him.

Later that day when there were just the 2 of us and a friend, I told him how fucked up and disturbing what he said was. He got mad and started saying it was "a black humor joke" and that I was "a snowflake". I got pissed so I started insulting him (surely not the best reaction but wtf?!) so the "mutual" friend tried to "keep the peace" and defended him saying "he doesn't really think that blahblah".

It's been 1 year since that happened, we're obviously not friends anymore, I still don't think it was a joke but just something very fucking disturbing to say.

He got me "banned" from every outing with the "mutual" friends we had (they organize parties during some holidays in my country and the parties per se are a lot of fun, his friends are actually nice and fun to be around) saying I was "a crazy bitch" that "bursted out of nowhere". Pissed me off because there are at least 100 people at those parties I would have never talked to him or gotten into a fight, I would've simply acted like he wasn't there.

Am I the crazy one? Do you guys see the joke?
