The job itself is crap but what makes it worse is how unfair my call center is. I work onsite and while I understand there are technical issues as I've had them myself, it should not go on for weeks. Multiple people I work with report glitches in their computer and Salesforce, not being able to login, getting booted out etc. Some are even in the available aux and just don't get calls. So they get paid to chill all day. The person who sits next to me literally sleeps at their desk and misses calls and doesn't get penalized for it at all. Starting to get pissed off
