Tell me if this Routine is good
Post Body

My goal is to build muscle mass and keep in mind I hate lifting wheights for legs I get horrible knee pain tendonitis

Obviously I won't get bodybuilding legs from calisthenics but it's better then nothing plus I am super dedicated to it anyways here is my routine

Yes I'm also trying to get a little explosive since I play basketball 🏀 as a hobby I can dunk I'm 6'7 but I guess this is better then nothing I can bench 325 on bench for one rep

By bro I hate lifting weights for my legs

Monday 350 walking lunges around my neighborhood 4x50 bodyweight squats 3x12 box jumps

Wednesday 6x6 pistol squats each legs 4x50 bodyweight squats 6x15 Plyometric split squats 4x20 jump squats 100 walking lunges as a finisher

Saturday 400 bodyweight wide squats sets of 50 200 close grip squat 2x20 box jumps

Or if I'm to lazy I'll just do 700 bodyweight squats and call it a day

Repeat this for 6 months
