HI guys so i have minimal experience working, did it in high school, did it for a bit after but then stopped and havn't continued til now. I've had this urge to workout ever since i took up hiking this summer. I don't have any real gear at home, i do have 2 dumbbells i found but they're only 15lbs and one is 5. So i've been researching workouts without using conventional things and came about calisthenics.
I'd like to ask you all for help, i want to know what a good beginner calisthenic workout would be for me. I am 160lbs, 5'11", i'm relatively thin but want to obtain more form and muscle gradually. I know i can use things like boards, doorways, chairs etc... so i can get imaginative. I know it may be much to ask for a workout plan from others but i really want help from people who have done it for a long time and know what they talk about. i can't trust my friend who goes to the gym, weight lifts, and is still fat after a year lmao, experts needed! Anyways thank you so much for helping me, i will view my post very regularly and i'll try to respond to the comments.
Have a good day everybody!
