So ive been working out for about 6 months now and I want to make a switch to calisthenics. mainly to get a strong core and to save on a membership. The thing is for most of the workouts i dont have the strength to do them like pullups. I am 250 lbs rn so should i wait and build strength at the gym or do a mixture of both
