First off.

I have been many places in the US in my life. California is easily one of the most disrespectful areas I have ever been to. I had one interaction with crazy in Maine. But so far in my 2 months here in Fairfield. The rudest people I have met have been in this area. 

I was in the grocery store going down an idle the other day and I said sorry excuse me to a couple that were looking (not leaning into) the into a freezer section. I quickly breeze by them and say pleasantries. I start hearing them loudly whisper about me calling me a "fucking twat" behind my back.

Two days ago I was in a parking spot deciding what I want from a coffee menu and when I go to pull into the line. This useless cunt tries to cut me off and is really pulling up close close to my car. I ignore her and steadily pull up to get in line. (The place was gridlock and the only way out for me or anyone in the parking lot is to wait in line then go out in the alleyway. So even when she eventually said she thought I was exiting so that's why she gave me room (which she didn't.. ugly liar) I told her the same thing I just typed out. Not the ugly liar part. So I still would have taken space until I were able to get out.)
So I'm just moving up in the line. So is she as she is directly behind me. & mad about it. I can see her in the rearview getting amped up by the trolls in her car with her. She then pulls up quick to my passenger window and says, "why did you cut me off? I thought you were gonna exit why did you cut me off?" I say to her the logical reason of gridlock and what can I do anyway. At that point I still wasnt at a spot I could pull out yet.

So I offered to pay for her coffee. She said it's already paid for on the app. I then offered her my spot for her to pull up. She then refused and said no no you go it's too late now. I say no you are just being a bitch now. Go take ur spot since you want it so bad. She refuses and gets more amped up. So I just pull forward and get my coffee eventually. I got mine first. Fuck her.

Now today. I'm in the crosswalk letting my mom out of the car and this other fancy Lincoln is honking at us to move. Like motherfucker you have an entire parking lot of ways to move around us to choose from. And why honk at someone getting out of car in a cross walk? I'm sure I will have more interactions before I leave here. This state is full of annoying, disrespectful, cunts.
