I got an Admin Per Se a couple months ago for suspected DUI, I lost the DMV Hearing but all charges were dropped in court for insufficient evidence, so I was only required to maintain my 4-month IID Suspension levied by the DMV. My reinstatement is at the end of the month, and I was wondering if there is a process I need to fulfill with the DMV prior to removal or can I just remove it. The DMV website is very uninformative about this process and I’ve tried contacting the Mandatory Actions Unit for a week now with no response. TYIA!
