This resort could be so much nicer if they put a little more effort into maintenance. The more they ignore maintenance, the fewer people will come. How much would it really cost to paint some areas? Wash the trash cans down? Power wash the lounge chairs? Fix up any unsightly eye sores. This doesn’t require multi million dollar remodel. Just a small maintenance budget to keep things looking fresh.
We have stayed there twice and the rooms are pretty beat. Remodel a couple each season and charge a premium for the remodeled room. A lot of people would gladly pay more for a fresh room with better lighting and a better bed/pillow situation.
