A Couple of Questions: Author Suffixes and Page Layouts for Comics

Post Body
Recently been fiddling some more with Calibre, and fine tuning it to what I want. Spent several hours reading questions and answers on online forums like Reddit and Mobile Read but haven't been able to solve these problems - whether the solution is out-dated or too vague.
- For author sorting, I've been able to get author prefixes and surname prefixes to work and be 'green' within the metadata editor. However I seem to have a problem with suffixes, no matter what I do they always show up as 'red'. One forum post suggested using commas before the suffix, but that showed up as 'red' too. Is there any way to get suffixes working?
- For page layouts, I know how to change the page layout of e-books to display two pages of text side by side like that of a physical book. But I'd like to do the same thing for e-comics, which are essentially images compiled into one. Apparently it's possible to do with CBR and CBZ files, but all of mine are in EPUB. Does Calibre support a two-page layout for comics? And if so, how do I change it to that?
