I know D.I.A (Down in action, Doing it all) now Diablos 13 started as a tagging crew then got the 13 when they showed they were about that street life up near union.

I heard though they got run out and I have heard talk of them in multiple other places. Seems like they trying to establish shit in multiple different places.

I know there are a lot of Asian Gangs that are fully mobile and don't have a hood in particular they control but are there any other crip, blood, or sur gangs that are fully mobile like Diablos these days?
