Anybody have some info on the Birchwood construction on Dalton Drive in Dalhousie?

My wifes uncle lives right next to the construction and its been taking shape the last few months so it made me wonder if there are any further updates about estimated completion what kind of prices the apartments will be offered at etc.
I imagine that the long gap in the timeline is due to Covid, but now that the construction is ongoing I would imagine it goes up for sale end of this year start 2023?
