Is there any animal centers I could pet a duck?

My girlfriend and I keep joking about getting a pet duck. Now I have neither the time or money to take care of a duck, but would love to give my girlfriend a chance to hangout with a duck for an hour or something.
I did try the ones in the park (cause the government doesn't want you to know this, they are free) but unfortunately they are angry.
Any suggestions for petting zoo like places would be awesome! Thanks.
