Would you leave a job at AHS for a job in O&G

Context:
Recently graduated with a degree. 24 yrs old. Single. No debt. Have an entry level job at AHS.
I recently got an offer at TC Energy, but all the adults in my life are saying to not take the job because of how unstable the industry is. Basically all the elders in my life would kill for a job at AHS because of how stable it is. What would you do if you were me? The opportunity would look great on my resume and would easily be a great gateway for other opportunities in my career path.
