And I see the opposite with this-- my employee and his wife WFH.
She is home MT, he is home RF. So they do "1 day a week for childcare"
(Then he conveniently stays home on Wednesdays and I don't tell my boss he did unless someone asks... Which has happened maybe once in the last 6 months hes been doing it... And I said, "yea, baby wasn't feeling well" and my boss said, "ahh too bad" and we moved on, no one questioned anything. I hope he's saving that daycare money for college!)
