Need to register for spring, didn’t make Fall Grad requirements

I did not meet the graduation requirements for fall. I was supposed to graduate but failed a class. How do I register for Spring? I need to make sure I make it into the Senior Capstone next semester (that’s the class I failed) and I want to register asap to be on the waitlist with the prof I want. Can someone assist?
