How to make connections with professors after the term is over

Post Body

So everyone can talk to their professors as though they're like their best friend but not me I'm usually kind of shy and intimidated by them not all of them just a few and also I just get really exhausted after class that I don't even bother.

But it seems to me that this might be away to get career or internship advice. But I'm not too good at starting a conversation and feel that it has to be school or academic related and I just want to know how do I get out of this fear.

I feel like this whole time I've just been screwing myself over mainly because I haven't kept in touch with professors
