Why is this school so racist?

I constantly see emails from the office of the president to help certain minorities. Some of those emails claim things like this certain minority experiencing micro aggressions. I don’t really understand why the president’s office likes to pretend only black people experience micro aggressions. It’s pathetic that they push this hate. I feel like I am constantly being attacked by the school because I am not a “minority”. Everyone experiences micro aggressions, it’s just things people do. No one is out here going “hey look a black person imma be micro aggressive”
