1) A student and/or a young professional (18-50 years old) with stable means of paying monthly rent

2) Preferably single (absolutely 0 tolerance for guests in home at any given time)

3) Able to keep to their own

4) Clean: hygienic, considerate, quiet, good-mannered, no tattoos, no drugs, absolutely 0 tolerance for any violence whatsoever ( should that ever be the case)

5) Not treat this private residence like a hotel. Clean up after yourself. The house owner will orient you on how to clean amenities after your every use. Follow directions and you should be fine.
