Do CPP Philharmonic Students Get Priority Registration?

Requests are submitted to the music department for mariachi bands, concert band, and two different kinds of choirs, but it didn't mention anything about string instruments under the priority registration section. Would anyone in the philharmonic know if this is how it really is? Thank you!
