Sorry for the new account, my friend recommended a reach out here. Second year CM major here (male 20 yr old). I'm looking for housing next month and need some help. I've been all over sites (rent.com, Zillow, craigslist) and can't find anything that's affordable and near campus. I don't have a car so my options are limited. Does anyone have recommendations for some other websites I could check out for places to rent?

Additionally if anyone has a house/apartment I could take over that would be great too. I've got enough friends looking to fill a house but can also fly solo if that's what's available.

Thanks everyone for your help, Might be a good idea to compile some tips as well. I'll make another post with this topic in mind. If anyone with experience would kindly also go over there and leave some wisdom that would be awesome.

Side rant: at this point I'm considering living in a van I buy instead of a house. Just found a listing for a 100sf bedroom for $1900 a month on rent.com (121 stenner st if you want to fact check). Who the hell can afford that?
