As I get a feel for housing around SLO looking on the Facebook group, Craigslist, etc. I was wondering if most rooms and places typically require a co-signer? I don’t have one and so I’m wondering how easy/difficult it is to find a place without one around here.
I’m also weighing the option of living in my car, but this is more of a last resort option if housing costs ends up being unreasonable haha.
