Continuing lease for Summer 23

3 friends and I are looking to begin renting a house in SLO (preferably close to cal poly campus), starting at some point this summer. Ideally we are looking for a place with 4 bedrooms, likely to rent for 2 years. We are all currently in our sophomore year staying in student apartments. If you or anyone you know is planning on moving out this summer, and the landlord is looking for new tenants, please let me know!
