Civil Engineering to Construction Management

I am a first-year Civil Engineering major and am considering a switch to CM but am worried that if I do my future job opportunities will be cut down greatly. I'm not sure if a switch this early would be a good idea but I'm far ahead in math so I don't want to waste time taking classes not needed for CM.
