Trying to Transfer

I just submitted my application to transfer into the CS program at Cal Poly. For context, I'm from California but am currently attending an out of state school. I haven't enjoyed my experience at my current school, which gave me the idea of transferring to a school closer to home. My GPA is decent but its not incredible (low 3ish). With that being said, how realistic is it that I am actually accepted? Thanks.
