Foods that's not high AF in Sodium?

So I'm a Freshman, and my doctor told me before I left that I had high sodium levels, and need to tone down my sodium intake. I've been trying to do that, but almost all of the campus dining options are sooooooooooo high in sodium. As a result, I just haven't been eating much since I've gotten here, and I was wondering id there were any recommendation on food that wouldn't seriously increase my sodium intake.
