I want to start going to the gym and finally get into a healthier lifestyle for myself, beyond just walking/jogging. I'm deathly afraid of working out around people however (I know most people at the gym will just ignore me, but the fear is still there!). So what times is the rec center usually less busy? It doesn't matter if there's still a fair amount of people, it's to be expected. Just want to know when people are least likely to be there.
