Cal polys free Adobe subscription?

I’m a third year and have been using my cal poly email to use the Adobe suite (photoshop, premiere, etc) that cal poly provides for us. However just this week it said my membership was expiring? I probably first activated it a little over two years ago. I don’t plan on graduating til June 2024. Does anyone know how I can get this back or who to contact? I use it a lot for work and it’s really important
