Hey, y'all. Freshman CS major here. My laptop from the scholars program just stopped working one day over the break. It was fine until that day. BSOD says hardware memory problem so I assume I just got unlucky with the laptop and the RAM failed. Now it won't even turn on. I already got a rental laptop so I can use that for my cs classes.
Has anyone been in the same situation and know what steps to take? I already contacted the cpstoretech on the 26 of dec but they haven't responded. Should I contact someone else?
And does anyone know if they will actually fix my laptop or give me a new one? Or am I just screwed and stuck with a rental laptop forever.
Any help is appreciated!
