I track and mix in Reaper. I'd honestly give Cakewalk another shot, but it always seemed to manage to crash my old laptop. Whatever.
Anyway...
I really loved using that Stereo Delay plugin! (I think it was called "sonitus"?) When I uninstalled Cakewalk from my laptop a while back, somehow, a few of the Cakewalk plugins stayed on. However, I've since had to wipe my computer and start clean, and those plugins are gone. I, actually, tried to save them onto an external along with the rest of my plugins, but I couldn't find them on my PC to do so for some reason. They were in some mystery location, or under some weird name or something...
I'm hoping to get some of those Cakewalk plugins back -namely the delay. If I could just get back that delay, I'd be fine... I have a crappy computer that I use to download plugins onto, then I put those on a hard drive and transfer them to my tracking computer, which I NEVER allow to connect to the internet. I've heard that you can download the cakewalk plugins without downloading the DAW, but I just couldn't find them -Every link I tried was bunk...
Someone help with this plugin fiasco. I only slept a few hours and I'm tired. Apologies if this is incoherent.
Cheers
