I'm going to keep it short so I don't bore you with my long saga about the lyriqs constant issues , so here is a list:
Android Auto discounts constantly
The sound/radio/music plays intermittent
Charging map error code 302
I have a paid plan and it pops up with a message that says no data
Super cruise no longer functional
Driver safety features no longer work
Parking guidance features no longer work
Had to get the driver side seat completely replaced because the massager failed and stopped working.
They had to replace a part of the dash and now there's a massive gap that they are saying they cannot fix.
We went through a period where we can no longer charge at public charges but thankfully now , we can but for a month or so this sucked
Ev concierge does absolutely nothing, nor will they call you back . They will hang up on you if they don't know the answer. They will push you off to the dealers who then push you off back to them.
They had my car for almost a month when I went to pick it up not one single thing was fixed, not one. It is said that I have to wait on an update all this magical update to fix everything.
When I asked the Eevee concierge or the dealership mechanics, when is this update going to be deployed, no one knows.
If you made it this far, thank you for taking the time to read this. I'm pretty sure all of these issues can be found throughout this thread, but at this point I'm utterly defeated.
Now I can deal with a lot being an early adopter of the car. But I need the support from the Cadillac if we put our money into it at least offer us great support. Feel like I'm being screwed without Vaseline.
I hate to say this cuz I read this many times before but I'm at the end of my rope with Cadillac. I'm starting to look for other options now. The design of the car is beautiful and it rides like a Cadillac which is very comfortable but all the other issues suck.
If you heard of any update please let me know when it's being deployed. Hopefully I will hear something soon before I get rid of this car.
