Dead 12 volt battery

Hey fellow Lyriq owners. Had the Lyriq about a month and the 12 volt battery was dead. Technician had to crawl through the lift gate to open the door. Waiting for a tow now. Only good good thing technician arrived about 30 minutes from the onstar call. But no use of the vehicle for a couple of days☹️
