So today after 2 long anticipated years I went to take delivery...
The car was even better in person, beautiful and comfortable...
But.....
The Cadillac had various issues with the OnStar and sound. We had to call OnStar while we were in the car and she had to call me on my phone because the sound was not working. She said it's a known issue and she would advise that I will have to leave it at the dealership to get fixed.
Slightly disappointed but after waiting 2 years and saying how beautiful the car was, not that upset about it. Hopefully it doesn't take long to get fixed.
Does anyone know how long this issue takes to resolve?
Update: 2.23.23 Dealer emailed and said they don't have a solution as of now... And their tech's are asking assistance directly from GM π©π©π©π©π© Still haven't been able to drive the car yet but hope is still alive.....
Update 2.24.23 Car is ready and picking up now Issue was a communication part and 5 hr update.
Finally home after 2 years βΊοΈππΏ
