I'm going to be getting a PC in the next few weeks, but only have the budget for a pre-built. My local Walmart has two cyberpower PCs on display, but I don't recall the models. Pricing was about $750 and $1000. Regardless, if I get either one of these PCs, are they upgradeable? Things like the motherboard or graphics card or storage? And how much of a pain in the behind is it to change out the case? I don't know much about PCs but I'm learning
