Hi. I have ZERO gaming PC knowledge and my kids got one for Christmas. I’ve been trying to set it up all day and literally have just been on hold with tech for over an hour only for an automated to eventually come on and tell me to disconnect and try later So- it’s a series c. That’s all know. Upon initial set up screen was blank and spend about 3 hours searching you tube, on hold blah blah- nothing but FINALLY a window start up just randomly popped up. Okay cool do that life is going great, my kids are thrilled playing Fort Nite. After about 90 mins and pop up came up saying it needed a restart and we’re back to square one. Just a black screen no start up function. I’m sleep deprived and have spent all Christmas on you tube and hold and every freaking thread I can find. If anyone CAN PLEASE help me this old mom will be internally grateful.
