I have had a cyber power pc for about three years now. I don’t use it very often but tonight I needed to take a test for work. The same thing happens every time! I start it up and put password in and everything starts booting up then the whole computer freezes.

The only thing that fixes it, is unplugging from the wall directly and waiting 30 seconds. That’s it, nothing else will fix it. Then it runs super fast. It’s been like this for a couple years.

Any suggestions? I don’t think I will ever spend this much again with this company.
