Had my cx50 for a week. Debating on returning. Stiff ride driving me nuts.

Post Body

The stiff ride on anything but ideal roads is driving me nuts. Maybe it’s just me? I have the 17in wheels but the oem tires. Would better tires absorb a little more of the “bounce” or is this the nature of the vehicle? It feels like I am getting bounced around a lot in my seat and it makes me sort of anxious and car sick. Maybe it’s just me?

I love everything else about this vehicle but it’s giving me trouble and I’m losing sleep at night. How can I take this thing across the country when it’s throwing me around more than my 2010 mazda6 had for 12 years?

Edit: my dealership had a 7 day “buy happy” program that I opted into. I called this morning and the GM and salesman agreed with what i said about the ride quality. Drove a cx5 and loved it. I lose wireless Apple CarPlay and a some cargo space but I will be damned if I’m bouncing around in that cx50 for 12 years.
