Blower motor

Has anyone else had ongoing blower motor issues? I have had my blower motor replaced by the dealer and i have replaced it but the same issue comes up. It starts off fine then eventually starts making noise and sometimes doesn’t immediately start blowing right away. Does anyone know what i could check our change to fix this it’s so annoying and idk what to do. Thanks in advance.
