I had to travel through some mountain passes, so of course I got some tire chains.
For reference, my tire size is 225/55r19. I first bought the Auto-trac self-tightening chains for passenger cars. It fit, but barely and when I actually went out in the snow and I had to install it in the cold, I was not able to get it to fit. So, then I got the Auto-trac self-tightening chains for trucks/suvs. But, then those turned out too loose.
I ended up fine anyways cause the CX-5 is AWD. But, I have to go through another mountain pass in another week and there will be more snow than my last trip, so I'd really like to have proper fitting tire chains by then. What chains do you recommend for the 2023 CX-5?
