YES I KNOW unpopular opinion - but EVERYONE at my store desperately wants corporate to build us a second lane. HOW do we get them to do it?? we’ve begged DLs, and RVP. next step is going above.

like at the point me and my PIC are ready to go to Karen Lynch herself to get it done 😂

we have the staff to run 2 people at drive thru if we had 2 lanes 🤷🏻‍♂️ yet we are so busy with pickups to the point that the 1 lane & 2 registers inside is not enough. during the week we’ll have the drive thru 10-20 cars deep, AND 1-2 lines up front FROM OPEN TO CLOSE EVEN if everything is ready and there’s no issues. we literally can not sell more scripts than we do on our busiest days there’s just not enough POS spots

a shit ton of our patients complain about not having a second lane and even ask who to contact to get it done for us. 😂😂
